Going, Going, Gone!

Lalalala ~ I'm on a high dose of happiness. Last week was PMR ~ I got through it by just gaming every day of PMR. Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 Days and The Wizard of Oz: Beyond the Yellow Brick Road! Pure fun.The toughest paper was BM, like, I got 29/40. The rest were pretty much pushovers - I obtained nearly perfect marks for Science (Paper 1), History and Geography; perfect for Maths. I'mma real worried for my BM essays. I had a lot of fun doing English essays. Especially Section A. I was the only one who didn't write using my own real name. I was a girl in that essay. Harmony Liew. It's really one of the many uncommon names I thought up in case I have a daughter in the future. It's not my fave in my list, but it still sounds nice. Science Paper 2 really only had a few questions that were a pain in the ass - the lime juice and zinc powder + the operational definition thingy. Was I the only one who found the cross-pollination a cakewalk? I learned the stuff in tuition. But I think I didn't phrase out my answers much directly ... but anyways. I didn't get to learn Geography the night before it so I picked up my History textbooks. I made a number of codes tha thelp me to memorize, but before even an hour passed (I only managed to cover 3 chapters) I was so bored so I went back to creating my own Pokemon League in my notebook and also jotting down all the names that I like. For boys, uhn, I like Roxas, Ciel, Mint, Thunder, Lucis and Claude. For girls, my top few are Celestine, Sandersonia, Chrome, Mercedes, Ashe, Soveraine (original!), Rolaine (original), Heather and Rhyme. I had an easier time thinking up girl names than guy names.

Uhn, *cocks head* back to the exams. For Geo I was kinda lucky because like a few questions that came out were coincidentally mentioned by Eugene in the morning. Thanks, Eugy (read: yu-gi)! You can't imagine how much I got nagged over the weekends. My mom even switched off my Toy Story 2 during the second half of the movie. Wth. Anyways History was kinda tough. But the sole piece of hoarfrost on the otherwise fine steel was a stupid Form 2 question. Ugh. I'm going to watch Toy Story 3 when it comes out in cinemas next year. Woo-hoo! It finally got a sequel. Unfortunately one of its original voice actors had died (the one who did the spring-daschund toy). Maths was surprisingly easy, I have doubts about my PK but otherwise everything's fine 'cept BM. Huhn. Never mind.

So, like, we had captainsball after our KH paper. It was fun, but I sprained my fingers (which healed in a night). *gasp* Could captainsball be ... my hidden sports talent!? *ponder* *ponder* *ponder* Okay, no way. We went to Spring on our day off yesterday. I went there quite late and had to deal with a bunch of gays from 3A. Wow, especially since I'm usually the one called gay in class. Surprise, surprise. So I angrily went to buy the tickets for the anonymous gays of 3A. They were scared of being caught for being underage. Wth.

Receptionist: "So you want to watch Sorority Row? Are you 18 and above?"
Me: "Yeah, haha, I just turned 18 recently."
Receptionist: "I'm sorry, but may I see your IC please?"
Me: *cocks head, makes puppy face* "Oh, uhn, pardon me miss, but like, my father keeps it with him at all times. I'm kinda klutzy, see, and he doesn't want me to lose my IC like how I lose my money (this does happen!)."
Receptionist: "Oh ... okay then. Are you sure all of your friends are 18 and above?"
Me: "Yup."
Receptionist: "Are you VERY sure?"
Me: "Totally miss!"
Receptionist: "Have fun then."
Me: "Much appreciated!"

Gays. Even if they DID get caught, they had nothing to lose. Then they gay'd around s'more, in the end I got tired of waiting, grabbed 4 of them and stormed into the movie. I had an extra ticket which Edbert offered to pay this morning. How nice. The movie was a nice watch. B+? My fav character was Ellie. Girls with glasses are cute with glasses and hot when their glasses are off. Hey, she was in The House Bunny! The movie had bare breasts, but nothing compared to Monster's Ball or Pathology which actually featured real sex. Crazy. The showbiz is really getting more and more 'open'. Hrm. After the flick we walked around some, looking for Jocelyn's party. They were at Sugarbun, where I grabbed a Cheese Burger. It was pretty decent. We then gallivanted over to FOS. There were some okay tees, but I didn't grab any as even the girls didn't buy anything. After that since things were a bore, Vince and I went over to Spring's Speedy outlet and then to the top floor's gaming boutique. We didn't get anything. We separated at Sushi King where I had lunch with my mom's party who were just done watching Where Got Ghost.

Next was Kenyalang. I grabbed 3 PC games which I later realized were useless since I lack the minimum requirements (a 1GB RAM especially). What a biche. Hrn. My comp also became uber laggy when I tried installing Left 4 Dead. Ugh.

The Gaia Online bug also came back to me - well that was what I was doing during the PMR weekends. Haha. Now Chik Sheng is also a member of Gaia - woot! Not: Gaia Online is NOT an online game. It's a social networking site. Ask Chik or Sharon.

Today was actually mediocre at best. Two teachers were boring and didn't bother lightening up the mood at all. I can't believe Eugy was assigned with the Arts stream. There were really others who don't deserve to be in Science too. Poor Eugy. Both stream hardly matter to me but I went for Science since I got myself a free pass for 4C. I told Mr Ling to give me that class if I do happen to be assigned with Science stream. I used an excuse worthy of my wiles. Hmm hmm. Now I sure hope he doesn't forget ...

Been playing my PS2 today! Finally! After 6 whole months! My great reunion! I test-played all the games I bought over the course of non-gaming months (this excludes my DS which I play everyday). 3 were defective. To hell with them. The rest were fine. Most of them were what I found in the bargain bin of a store - Game Players World at Kenyalang. Rare games of 2004 and 2005. Still nice to play. I will be getting 2 consoles ~ One will be a PSP and the other would be either the 360/Wii. I gave Dawn a handful of DS ROMs, just to continue the tradition of end-of-the-year gift-giving. She found Scribblenauts awesome! Like everyone else! Okay, not everyone else. The gays were like, nonchalant about it. How boring. At least Jordan knows the cool factor of Scribblenauts. During the last two days of PMR I also played Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky. I am a Riolu named Williew, my partner's a Shinx. I'm currently exploring with my newly recruited Anorith and Lileep. They died in the Waterfall Cave. Hahaha.

Pardon, but I will be playing Mana Khemia 2 and Devil Summoner 2 on my PS2. Am I the only one looking forward to the Career Talk? I love Career Talks.

My Capitalist Hormones Are Raging

Finally done with homework. Hmm hmm hmm. There's still tuition work to do - but not very important.

First. And foremost.

They are making a movie about FACEBOOK. Seriously. No kidding! It will even have Justin Timberlake as the founder of Facebook. As a guy-who-had-daydreams-of-being-an-attorney, here's the decisive evidence! ... I'm dead serious, so check out the link. The credibility of this astounding piece of news item aside ... I CAN'T BELIEVE IT! They are really going to make a movie revolving around FACEBOOK!? How phenomenal is that? No one even bothered making a movie about the glorious me - the Sparkling Warrior of Justice, Love and Friendship! ... I realize that I do shift my title around, but bear with me. I wonder if Facebook's users will all watch it. It scares me to even think about it. Especially since even MBO in Kuching here isn't all that big. This is definitely crazy. Crazy sheet. Even Dawn was flabbergasted. I've started to call her Dawnce. I doubt I will watch it. But I may just watch it. Just to see how Facebook came to be so phenomenal, being just a social networking site. It's not the first anyways. Who knows, they might even have a movie about Twitter soon. It frightens me just thinking about it.

I recently got a very nice new inspiration. I'm thinking of writing a horror-comedy. But I've never came across a horror-comedy book before, so I may just make it big! That said, I never put any effort into my writing. Even during the year-end holidays, I think I will be gaming instead. Sigh ... if only I can start - that's more than enough. Once I start writing, it's hard to stop. But the problem is getting me to start. I'm too lazy. I need the extra push, if anything. As of now, I have 3 ideas waiting to be made into written form. 3 ideas that I think can make it big. Just these 3. For my latest one though, I intend to make one of my main characters a drag queen. His name will be Zsa Zsa LaHore. Problem is, I've never met an English-speaking drag queen before in my whole life, so I do not know how he would act. If anyone has contacts with an English-speaking drag queen, can you get me an interview? It will be as research material.

I think Wei Huang can get me an editor, given his mom's status, but I really at least must get a manuscript done! My capitalist hormones are raging! Me needeth teh moneyz! For lots of stuff. There's so much to think of. Video game consoles. Travel tickets. Japanese tuition fees. Overseas college/university fees. Writing school fees. Future wedding savings. French food. There is so much I can do with MONEY! Oh, btw, I will never ever eat escargots, as much as I'd like to try the French's haute cuisine. I hate, hate, hate gastropods. I hate anything with hydrostatic skeletons. I don't even have to see them. I can just visualize caterpillars or snails and I'd get all messed up. If anyone has any idea of whatever publishing company in Kuching that offers payment for writing that isn't book-length, I'm up for it! I doubt I will be studying for PMR much anyways. I'm still playing doctor in Trauma Center: Under the Knife 2 and collecting hearts in Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 Days. Let's just face it: We have nothing, NOTHING whatsoever to lose. Uh, maybe besides the pride of the prideful ones. I just came back from PBK though, and the results I got for the second mock papers were indeed quite reassuring - 80 and 83 for Papers 1 and 2 respectively. Phew, now, really, my concerns (though not very seriously) are only on History (which is borderline-A-material) and PK (borderline-B-material due to severe exposure to MUBB [Make-U-Business-Blind] rays). Lookie here - I can't do a single accounting question without referring to my reference book. Wowzers. It seems my brain just won't accept the theories of accounting. How pitiful. I never give up on anything before, but on this one occasion, I don't think I have any other choices. Sorry, PK, but I don't think we work well together. If I'm getting an A from you, Lady Luck's gotta be shining down on me.

*puts on shades*
*disco jacket*
*spotlight shines on me*
*strums air guitar*
"Shine on you Crazy Diamond ~~~"

Aye, I see how dramatic I can be. But unexpectedly the metaphor works! You can say that I am crazy (hey, doubt it not) and at the same time, I'm a diamond (not in terms of beauty) - I won't be (too) hurt from merely not getting straight As, or getting any form of downfalls in life later. Call me Williew, the Adamant Soul!  Killing everything with laser beams of hope, peace and optimism ... yes, that's me!

... Super.

Can't Even Obey Rules?

... ... ...

I went to the study group! Cha-chaaang! It was really guilty pleasure going there. I went there for Pokemon, then found out that there weren't any WiFi signals today. Wth. So since I arrived around 7:50 (it was scheduled to be at 8:30, but I didn't know), I whipped out a History book and finished it while listening to music from my DS. I really couldn't help but look around when I listened to The Vogues. Paranoia mambo. Scary. Chik arrived next. Then Jordan. Sharon. Joce & Elisa. Darrow. Che Yik. Fira. Adrenne. Michael came much later. Before Michael came, we already started with Form 3 History revision. I told Fira about the dream I had concerning her wedding.

Much later, Jordan started playing Phoenix Wright (he's only on his second case!) and I played Pokemon Diamond. My Murkrow can take down enemies around 9 levels above her, given that they are weak to Flying/Ghost/Dark. Now heading for 7th Gym! ... We were playing our DSes cos' they moved on to Geography revision, we felt that we didn't need any (I hate to say this, but I really only need to focus on History and PK now, if I want all the As) ... ANYWAYS, Jordan decided to play hypocrite and joined them in their revision. So I who gets bored of the sluggish, clunky interface of Pokemon easily, switched off my game and lazed away ... trying to do a PK paper that I mislooked.

Btw, Ms Wong & Mr Willie was at school. So are a few other teachers. Wonder what they were doing. Sharon and I scouted the library to see 3 teachers discussing inside. They weren't the named couple, ergo the point is moot. The weather was so sickeningly HOT, so we slinked into the staff room to cool down. The janitors were chit-chatting away in the mini-kitchen, so Sharon and I just stood at the main doorway, enjoying the humming air-conditioner ... that was after the Liew couple left. While we were there, the rest heartlessly started thumping down the stairs. I was particularly miffed at the fact that they knew where we were, yet decided to abandon us. So apparently they were going to the shophouses. Only Joce & Elisa bothered noticing us. So we charged on ahead. The heat of the sun was unbearable. I want to up and leave Malaysia. Fly to Japan. It's currently the season of love and romance there, autumn.

So the people went to the handphone store. I followed them there, felt nauseous, and opted to join Sharon at Uni-Shop instead. I love convenience stores ... especially ones in Japan. I dwindled around in the shop on purpose to enjoy the air-con. It was so funny cos' I pretended to check out all sorts of drinks with Sharon. In the end I went with my initial choice anyways, Pulpy C. I like orange juice with pulp. I grabbed a packet of sweets, very old classics, those milk tablets. And those choco-balls we all used to eat during our hazy childhood.

Back at school, our McDonald's delivery van was there (was it a van?). I had a Double Cheeseburger set, along with a freshly-baked Apple Pie. They wrongly packetted them into Banana Pie packets though, which caused quite the furore among the uninformed (which includes Daryl and even myself). It was a nice lunch. I think I am beginning to appreciate McDonald's food. I used to hate the cheese, now I feel it's okay. The fries today were pretty tasteless enough that I had to use ketchup. The apple pie was awesome. Finished first!

After that Jocelyn suggested that we play a game before we kick off with KH revision. Since everyone were confused as to what game to play, I saved the day! I thought the classic game of Hide n' Seek would just be perfect. And perfect it was. It was a total blast. It's fun playing either hider or seeker (I had played both today!), but hiding is more fun! There is this corner that I hid in. I crouched there and comically used my Doraemon wallet to shield my face. Haha, just for laughs. Sadly the seekers never showed up while I was there. In the end I was forced to hide elsewhere since my ankles ached. Adventurous games like Hide n' Seek is plain awesome. I'm happy that everyone was willing to go along with such a childish game. Once I was a hider, and I was found nearly immediately, so I went around trying to seek out the rest. I went to 5A, and I checked out the storeroom. Why do they make storerooms when the students don't even use them!? I looked to my left. Nothing. I was about to leave. But I looked to my right. I screamed. It was Adrenne with her long hair. And Shau. Scary. They screamed too. So our screams attracted the seekers :P ... That was just part of the whole game. We clocked in thelast hour of our group study with a few rounds of Fire & Ice. Not as fun, but nevertheless these nostalgic games are still very fun indeed. Shame Dawn didn't join us. Or the rest of the class.

Sometimes people can turn ... jerky, suddenly. I sometimes wodner how they have the gall to pull that off. I don't know whether to like or dislike these kind of unstable people. You just can't help cherishing them when they are nice. Then they just drop off their mask and become an entirely different creature which is a total jerk. Even Michael is sick of said person. Said person is pretty sick too, what with this multiple personality disorder.

The whole day, Daryl and Jordan was at it again - teasing Jocelyn with random garbage. Sometimes I just can't help but wonder what there is to be amused of; what there is to be laughing at. I mean, wth. They just spout something illogical (usually related to Jocelyn's non-existent fatness, or what she eats) and laugh their heads off. Yeah, har har har. I am most bamboozled. By. Such. Baseless. Stupidity. Geez, and since in normal class I sit quite close to them already, I listen to their stupidity every day. Now I'm getting fed up. No one else ... maybe except for Jordan's delta formation in front, bothers to laugh. Can't they see that they are ANNOYING, CHILDISH ... and STUPIG!? Is this caused by the PIG flu!? Things are just getting STUPIGGER and STUPIGGER by the day! Seriously, I can't believe it. And to think most of the time I see them as the most mature boys in class. Wth.

After PMR, I would like to watch Couples Retreat with everyone. It looks cool. Also, if anyone's going to Singapore in the year-end hols, tell me! Because it will affect my decision of whether to go to Singapore or not.

Last year I was all into English songs. This year it seems the J-vibe caught up to me again! I finally had the chance to listen to GReeeeN's widely acclaimed "Kiseki" which means "Miracle" in English. After listening to it, I felt that it was deserving of its popularity and place in the Guiness Book of World Records. IIRC, it broke the record for number of downloads, worldwide methinks. Not gonna post the vid (pretty enchanting), local readers = anti-Japan! 'Cept a small number of people, yeah. Talking about J-Pop, Salyu's "Iris ~ Shiawase no Hako" is awesome. It means "Iris ~ Box of Happiness". It's also Prof. Layton and the Diabolical Box's ED. The music video is so touching. Even though I have no idea what the ending is like :P ... Dawn knows though, ask her. But don't tell me. The OP and ED of Hana Kimi, "Ikenai Taiyou" by Orange Range and "PEACH" by Otsuka Ai respectively are so upbeat and hip! I am currently also looking for "Eternal Pose" by Asia Engineer - anyone has it (I doubt it)?

Hana Kimi ... is a Japanese drama serial adapted from a manga of the same name. It's so popular, it spawned a Taiwanese version (me don't likey). It's about Ashiya Mizuki, a girl in California, who, after watching a Japanese guy who came to America to train in high jumping, disguised herself as a boy and enroll in the guy's all-boys school in Japan after hearing that the guy stopped high jumping. The school is a school that doesn't take in students based on grades but based on looks. So it is also called "Hottie Paradise". It's funny, wacky, hilarious and altogether cute and charming. It's watchable for free here.

Now I am off to Chik's blog! Woosh, just finished 3 homework in a row, after coming home from a tired day of work! I speak like an old guy! Ha ha!

Blogger Blawgh

This is my first attempt at blawghing. It's just like tweeting in Twitter. Just that this one sounds less cute. Btw, I am patenting the term 'blawghing' ... or at least I am the founder :P.

I won't be blawghing here. Too bad. The blawgh is just the official term for the short sentence at the top in gray.

This morning I woke up for History tuition after a mere 3 hours of sleep. When I woke up I scrambled for the door because the room was dark and Where Got Ghost took its toll on me apparently. Last night after blogging I went up and I played Zubo for a bit. It's a musical-cum-role-playing game on the DS. Quirky and decent. Then I quickly moved on to Pokemon. Diamond. I finally discovered how to connect with players all over the world. I'm so happy that I have HomeWiFi. Did you know that WiFi stands for Wireless Fidelity? Later I will be battling Jordan's team, straight from my house here in Bau. I hope he remembers. I trained my Pokemon a lot last night, without using Rare Candies/Exp Share. I mostly focused on Vesper (my Vespiquen, originally intended to be named VesperLynd, a tribute to the Bond girl of the same name) and Cherry, my Cherrim. Here are their current movesets, ready for my future NU battles with Jordan or anyone else. NU means Never Used. I like using Pokemon that are rarely used by pros.

Cherry Lv 29
Naive nature
Held item: Persim Berry
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Petal Dance
- Growth
- Sunny Day

Vesper Lv 29
Quirky nature
Held item: Insect Plate
- Heal Order
- Defog
- Power Gem
- X-Scissor

They were both very useful on the annoying route to Celestic Town. Cherry easily OHKOed the Ninja Boys' Geodudes and Vesper Power Gem'd those stupid Ponytas to death. During the final quarter of the route I switched in Murina, my Murkrow since the aforementioned duo were already exhausted.

So let's get back to History tuition. Not very reassuring. I got a B for the first paper my tutor issued but I got an A that beats my mock's A for the second paper. It was very fun. My tutor also watched The Final Destination and Where Got Ghost in cinemas though she is pregnant. Whoa. And here I thought horror flicks are the worst treats expectant mothers can ever receive. We discussed the deaths in mediocre detail, laughed at some of the silliness, talked about the songs that were playing on my playlist (my teacher loved The Vogues' "Turn Around, Look At Me" which was palyed in Final Destination 3 and was really creepy) then Mynci and I were left with two sheets to do in the holidays. Before she went, we watched a spoof trailer of Final Destination 4 on YouTube. It's got to be one of the funniest parodies of a horror movie yet.

Watch, there's not one bit of a scare, but every part is worth lolling for. Then after the teacher left, we moved onto watching the very first Final Destination on YouTube. Wow, the movie feels so fresh since I last watched it during 1st grade. Part 7 of the movie was banned for 18 and below YouTubers ... what a let-downer. I believe it was during Mrs Lewton's death. Too violent? Don't think so. The first movie's deaths are all pretty lame. And stupid. First of all, Mrs Lewton is a retarded teacher who didn't even notice her mug leaking, and didn't have the common sense to back away from a smoky computer. And she was a bish. Die, bishes! So we watched Hana Kimi instead. Mynci already watched the Taiwanese version, but it's all new to me. I love reverse harems. Awesome. I mean to say, I love everything with Horikita Maki in it. 100% lol-guaranteed. Later Mynci left after the first episode, I went for a nap. I woke up, looked at my left. Then I turned my head to the right. WAGGGH! My maid was standing so near to me staring off into the distance and I was so scared. I really should have picked A Perfect Getaway over Where Got Ghost. Or even G-Force. I was so traumatized, I didn't go back to sleep and sat around singing random songs I came up with. I really wanted to get on with my homework, but ... yeah ... The whole afternoon I also used Blogthings, a lot. I also went for a walk under the rain with my umbrella. I like rainy walks. Chilly, refreshing.

Then I sat aorund doing fruitless stuff till now. I know, I REALLY should start getting things going. Quote Mr Andy, "When the going gets tough, the tough gets going!"

WiFi Battle, here I come!

If Everyone Cares, Nobody Dies

... If everyone dies, nobody cares. Those are the first two lines of the Random Singing session between Yi Yong and me. Currently, it goes like this:

If everyone cares, nobody dies
If everyone dies, nobody cares
(those two lines are interchangeable)
[Yi Yong sings something]
Oh my soul is in pain
(time for random lyrics)
My head's in the game but my heart's in the song

Bla bla bla

Besides Random Singing, 3A also has Random Dancing services, along with mock trials and talk shows ... all hosted by me. I am also thinking of a confession booth service. You can cover your face with a piece of paper, so will I, and you can start confessing your secrets. By the way, I will be able to see your nametag :D

Okay, a-yo yo, we are, fin'shed, rappin' the prologgie ... yo! Leschuhz (let's start) wiv ... gaymin'! It'z a-gettin' gayer by da min'te!

I am currently into Pokemon Diamond and Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box. This is PLatDB:

That was just a parody on the official trailer. If you want the links to the other parodied Prof. Layton trailers, drop in on the chatbox, right on your ... right, yessiree. Anyways, since Prof. Layton is pretty unknown in Kuching (only Dawn knows it when I mention the name), let us start with the explanation; full-swing and all.

The Prof. Layton games are together a DS series based on a series of picture books (picture books are really cool, okay?), developed by kick-ass developer Level 5 (Dark Cloud, Dark Cloud 2, Rouge Galaxy, Ninokuni: Another World, Ushiro) and currently there are only two Layton games in English - Prof. Layton and the Curious Village + PLatDB. The series are based on Profesor Layton and his apprentice Luke as they take down puzzle after puzzle. That sure sounded boring. But believe me, it's not. It's even better than masturbation. Trust me, I'm sure. In every game you will be treated to a majestic plot and charming, simple artwork. The game also has voice-acting to boot. Great voiceovers, in fact. They are rich with the British accent, and I just love classic English settings, okay? Especially being on a classic express train in Diabolical Box. According to Yi Yong (the London guru), no such trains exist anymore. Boo. You may be wondering how Level 5 managed to cram 1000s of puzzles and voice-acting and orchestrated soundtracks into a DS cartridge, but who cares how they did that. All that matters is the game sucks you in. I'm also currently playing Pokemon Diamond ( I know I've said this). I can't wait for HeartGold/SoulSilver. By 29th September though, I no longer need to play Pokemon Diamond, I will have Hero's Saga: Laevateinn Tactics, Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 Days and The Wizard of Oz: Beyond the Yellow Brick Road. Don't underestimate the last one. I've seen a trailer, and it looks awesome. I also would like a PSP just to play P3P (Persona 3 Portable). I finally netted myself a deal that if I get at least 5As, I can have a new console. Finally, some motivation to study. ONLY ONE CONSOLE! AND THEY ALL LOOK SO AWESOME! The PS3 has the best graphics output, and also the most likely console Konami and Atlus will move Suikoden and SMT onto, respectively. The 360 has some impressive games like Eternal Sonata and Tales of Vesperia. The Wii will be having Fragile: Farewell Ruins of the Moon and I also wanna try Pokemon Battle Revolution, alongside Super Smash Bros Brawl. The PSP will have Ushiro, P3P, and Revelations: Persona. Btw, my father brought home a PSP of his friend's son's to give me a taste-test. I was like, "WHOAAAA" ... I mean, I've tried Vincent's before, but I didn't have much time trying it out XP. It was a 1st-grader's PSP, and thus I played LocoRoco :) ... it was pretty innovative for a platformer, but that's about it. With me, platformers won't ever make it to the end credits. Well, most of the time. That's also why I don't appreciate stuff like Mario. Eww. At least LocoRoco has its charm.

Dorama, dorama, I like dorama (Japanese drama) ~
Indian, Indian, I like talking like an Indian ~
Objection, objection, I can't wait for Miles Edgeworth's game next year ~

Let's check my list of watched dramas!

1st (and the one that drove me to watch dorama in the first place!) - Smile (unfinished)
2nd - Atashinchi no Danshi (finished)
3rd - At Home Dad (favorite, finished)
4th - Attention Please (unfinished, stupid Dailymotion is crazy slow)
5th - Dragon Zakura (this dorama is awesome! But the 5th episode is hosted on Veoh which is banned in Malaysia ... one of the reasons I hate staying here ... maybe I'll have to look for the DVD ...)
6th - Uta no Onii-chan (watching, I hate how the main character looks so pathetic but otherwise it's great ... personally, I find the main character to look like Kenny Sia actually, minus the pathetic parts)
7th - My Little Chef (just started)

I've been working hard on finding every dorama with Abe Hiroshi inside (At Home Dad, Dragon Zakura, My Little Chef) ... he's my favorite actor! Let's see my favs!

Fav. Male Actor: Hiroshi Abe
Fav. Female Actor: Maki Horikita
Fav. Child Actor: Okayama Tomoki

I also like regulars like Ueto Aya, Koike Teppei, Aragaki Yui etc. I tend to like watching family dramas, so I especially liked At Home Dad. May talk about it another time.

I worked hard painting in Art! I painted a personified collage based on my image of Persona 5 ... I am expecting it to have a neon green + black motif, complete with a plot connected to nature. So I brought my painting to Mr Chai after-school. He gave me the 49, but he said he wants to sell my painting. Wth? I refused (I won't even get the money!) since I really wanted to show the painting to Isaiah and Aaron from upstairs. However he just went on with it, blur as always, and told me I can take it back if it doesn't sells. O_O ... Hey, I know I'm supposed to be happy that a painting of mine actually got appraised to be of value, but it's really a special one for me. At least let everyone else in class to see it. T_T I really want people like Agnes to praise me, because ... they like to give harsh criticisms! Argh!

These days I am getting good reads off the school's library! I recently read Tripping to Somewhere by Kristopher Reisz and it was a fantastic blast. I had an awesome time reading it, except for the mildly disturbing parts featuring lesbianism. Otherwise it's just the perfect book for me. Now I am reading N. P. by Banana Yoshimoto. Her Kitchen book was amazing, so I thought, "Why not?" As usual, Japanese stuff sucks me in. N. P. stands for North Point, btw. It features incest. Oh great, I am starting to attract books featuring the most disturbing of sexual conquests like how rubbish attracts flies! ... Not a very nice comparison. I like my most recent essay that I wrote for a pop writing test. Yi Yong said it was average, but I suppose she just didn't get the humour. At least Dawn got all cracked up. I was actually worried that Ms Chin wouldn't like the sarcastic nature of my essay, but it seems to be fine.

Like, Bam!

I have no idea why I am posting this late when I am supposed to be sleeping. Last last week, I cried for a total of 9 times. See, first I cried when Yousuke reunited with Juxiang in The Little Nyonya, then I cried watching the Brand New World (by D-51) opening theme for One Piece because an overpowering nostalgia surged over me. Brand New World is the best anime opening, EVER. One song that I will never get bored of. Here's my rating for One Piece's best openings:

#1 - Brand New World by D-51

#2 - Believe by Folder 5

#3 - Crazy Rainbow by Tackey & Tsubasa

Talking about songs, I recommend Mystery Jets' Half in Love with Elizabeth. Don't worry, it's English, anti-Japan freaks. Please stop thinking that everything western is cool and all that and that eastern stuff are lame. You're just wasting your life by covering yourself up in a dumphole. You might as well be living in a dump. You don't even try to know eastern culture yet you prance about with your western dreams ... when you don't really know much about western things either.

I cried 5 times watching Smile's 6th episode, 3 times during its first. I wonder what's taking Stormy Subs so long to sub the next episode. I can't wait. Atashinchi no Danshi is awesome. It's a really cool dorama (Japanese drama) and I think they should have more dramas like it. My favorite character is Ohkura Akira. See, he is just kewt and undeniably charming. I mean, hello? He's 12, he's cool, he's cute, he's mature, he's smart and he BUYS AND SELLS STOCKS. Oh yeah, he also does magic and will fall asleep immediately at 9 pm on the spot. He could be peeing, arm-wrestling, anything. He will just freeze still.

He is portrayed by Okayama Tomoki, who immediately became my favorite child actor. In the drama I also like Chisato (she's very cute too), Satoru (cute) and Kyoko (she always appear out of nowhere). My fav AnD episodes would be episodes 3 & 7! I like Ep. 3 because of the scene in the end which was so effing hilarious. First of all, stupid Sho didn't even notice that a woman was stealing his' house's stuff right in front of him. Then they went on a wild goose chase. The woman (Yoshida) knocked Takeru (who's part of a Bosouzoku) unconscious with one flying punch. Then Satoru screamed for nothing and jumped out of his window. Wth, the Japanese are pwnsome! I like Ep. 7 mainly because Akira is the focal point for once. Poor Akira. His theme color is yellow, and that is so in sync with me.

I'm currently playing SMT: Devil Survivor on my DS (US release this time round). It still feels fresh even though I played the JP version already. I love Midori. She will always be my favorite character.

I want to sleep. Bzzt.

I Miss Battle Royale

Tough day, folks. Last night I slept at 1 after playing Knights in the Nightmare. And I woke up at 6 something to prepare for my private tuition at 8. History =). I have a History tutor starting last week. When my parents told me about it, I was horrified as I had been through tutoring experience before. Last time in 6th grade I had a tutor for Chinese. He's awesome, but I had restrain myself from yawning the whole time. I really didn't want to relive such a nightmare. Therefore I invited Mynci to come along to my house every Sunday morning. At RM50 a month, it's quite cheap for a tutor really.Well, contrary to my initial expectations, the tutor is fun! She has quite the sense of humor, we get our share of laughs, and I get to play music from my computer XD! I've always wanted to go to a school with a BGM, especially those video game ones (which ARE school themes) like Persona 3's Want To Be Close, Changing Seasons or Mana Khemia's Vayne and his Pleasant Friends. Revitalizing, fo sho. Sadly, schools don't realize this. Even though Lodge is a private school like Gekkoukan, no one thought about it. Like, speakers in class playing the music quite softly (like I do during History tuition). The speakers can also be used for breaking news/announcements by the higher ups like in Japanese schools. Cool. Last week during the exams I was suddenly thrust back into Persona-mania mode. Therefore, I bought a sling bag on purpose, and I jog into the foyer with the exact rhythm as the random Yosuke, Chie etc. who bump up on Souji when he is walking to school. And I hum Want To Be Close. There's that sense of true youth in it. I walk into class and shout, "Mornin'!" Wow, never done that before. Very, very refreshing. I wonder if Eugene does it too. Whenever I finish my papers I will be tap-a-tapping my fingers like Inspector Lunge and hum something. If it's cloudy, Hearbeat, Hearbreak. Sunny? Your Affection. When The Moon's Reaching Out Stars for rains. But then the rhythm of the falling rain is enough for rains, like in P4. A most carefree exam week. As of the last day of exams, I went to PBK for my replacement exam. I didn't meet Karen or Phil. So I was so down, down, down. I did meet Geraldine-dine-dine. I'm high (now, not then). After I'm done I went out with a big plan. Not exactly, but a plan. I wanted to go to The Gingerbread House, sit down, order a cup of coffee, and act all adult and cool, sipping coffee while playing Suikoden Tierkreis on my DS. Nevertheless, my plan failed, due to my mother already waiting for me. Huh. We were to go to Premier 101 to wait for my father. So off we go in her friend's car. Woosh! And it was like, ka-blam, and, like, we crashed into the main square of 101. It's the open area in front of the Yamisu tea house. I'm not calling it Zhen Gong Fu, because it's Jia Gong Fu. No, serious, it's fake. The real Zhen Gong Fu franchise in China is not that cheap. Cheapskate! It had been quite long since I went to an open-air coffee-shop. So why not? It's kinda wild and happening anyway. 101 is pretty tame during the day, so I didn't know. For people out side Malaysia ... 101 is a block of shops that is far from 109 in Shibuya, Tokyo =). Anyways I ordered mantou with cream milk. And off I went to the nearby cd store to jot down horror movies worth checking out at Wikipedia. It's one of my hobbies. I don't watch horror movies much (cos I don't do well with nightmares) but I am fascinated by them I constantly look up on horror movies in Wiki. I like reading about the deaths =). Don't worry, just a hobby. Willie ain't no psychopathy =). When I was done, my father was already at our table. Apparently he did something rude which I didn't find out until last night. I don't want to go into detail, I ALWAYS suck at explaining the cruelties of my father. The mantou there was good. Of course, my father HAD to go against it. He said it was unhealthy. Okay, whatever. Everything he recommends is good, and everything new I try is bad. Like I care. Actually I do. Hmm.

Wow, I finally managed to digress. So after the tutor and Mynci went home, I had to go to Kuching for PBK. Ugh. I ditched my essay today, the teacher is too blur anyways. Which is kinda good actually. You can pick to write the essays which are decent and ditch those you don't like, he won't scold me. After all, I don't talk in class. No one to talk to. Pretty cold class. It wasn't like this back in grade school. Last time in tuition even when we were total strangers everyone would ease up to each other fast. Teenage life, sigh. Oh well, at least the Green Road girl sitting with me is beginning to warm up. My throat always feel stuck when I try speaking to her though. I hope everything's resolved by the end of the year. Or hopefully not. Then next year I can move on to Mr Willie's tuition with no regrets whatsoever. But if I DO manage to net myself some friends, I may stay in PBK. After all in PBK you can get 97/100 in essays. Serious. When it comes to marking essays it really all depends on the teacher marking it so don't be sad if your school teacher if you low grades. Some other teacher may just worship your essay! Let's positive thinking! Oh, talking about grades, I'm quite happy with myself this term =). My Maths shot up from 54 to 95. If only I got 59 in the first term exams, then my marks would be palindromic. Before I went off for PBK, I finished up Battle Royale's last two chapters. Sob, bye, BR! I will miss you! Currently looking for the original novel!

What did I do yesterday ~ I woke up abruptly thanks to my inconsiderate father who doesn't realize that people need more sleep. I couldn't get back to sleep, and instead of playing Knights in the Nightmare I went downstairs, switched on my PC. I spent most of the day watching Smile on Dramacrazy.net and Nobody Knows at the same time. I finally found the movie online. Don't worry, I don't entirely blame the class. That stupid teacher too. She DID know that she wasn't one of our teachers, right? Why show us a movie of hers which we know would not be finished in 2 periods? Crazy! I also actually logged into my supposedly-dead Facebook account out of boredom. 48 friend requests. Wow, crazier than that stupid crazy teacher. Sheesh, craziness these days. I'm Ken Amada on Facebook btw, not Williew or anything. That's why I had to accept 48 requests at a time =). Facebook hates Opera, so there are stuff I cannot do with my current browser, like, say, Mafia Wars, searching for apps or adding quizzes to my Page. I hope Facebook becomes more compatible with Opera soon. I may like it more. I tried playing Bubble Town. Very classic. Actually that was just a nice way of me saying, "What a Puyo Puyo/Puzzle Bobble rip-off!" But really, it does have its own ideas, like the walls bouncing off Borbs.

On my way home from PBK, I also noticed a few houses that burned rubber, causing a tall pillar of black smoke rise up. Yeahhhhhhhhhh, maybe I was in Indonesia. *nudge* *nudge* Malaysians aren't really all that great and civilized, get real, know-nothings. There's a haze in West Malaysia now. Oh, I wonder what caused it. "Stupid haze from Indonesia"? I think not. Have you even been to Indonesia? Retard. Retard isn't a bad word, we have to learn it in Maths. Stupid dense commentators on haze who have serious retardation issues, geez.

I will try my best to keep up with consistent weekly updates.

HeCuDePe

1. Knights in the Nightmare - This. It's also the must-use-stylus DS game I am currently playing. The learning curve is steep therefore I don't recommend it to Dawn. The story is pretty dark anyways. My current band of Knights includes Bonn, Oswald, Diora, Meryl, Reinhart, Giesche, Freiber and Hilgard.

2. Persona 3 - This.

3. Mana Khemia - This.

4. Gekkoukan - The elite private school you go to as main character of Persona 3. It's awesome.

5, 6, 7. Yosuke, Chie, Souji - Main protagonists in Persona 4, they wear glasses in battle (hence the coolness). Users of the Personas Jiraiya, Tomoe and Izanagi respectively. Souji can actually use any Persona, since he is the game's main character. Souji is his given name in the Persona 4 manga, there was never any real name given to him in the game.

8. Inspector Lunge - An eccentric, important character in the manga Monster. Read it, it's deep. I mean, c'mon, it's by Naoki Urasawa (author of 20th Century Boys), how can it not rock? Of course, 20th Century Boys is way better ..... obviously as it is even more popular than the rock song by T-Rex its name is based upon.

9. P4 - Persona 4.

10. Suikoden Tierkreis - The current non-stylus game I am playing on the DS. A spin-off of the original Suikoden series, with still 108 characters to recruit. My current party consists of Hero (named Williew), Sophia, Yod and Servillah (with Balsam as support character) all at Level 51. I'm near the end of the game , currently at the Rarohenga dungeon. I returned to HQ to rest after recruiting Zayin inside Rarohenga. I recommend this game to Dawn, it needs no experience in RPGs at all, the battles are too ridiculously easy (except when you get to Rarohenga), nice if not slow plot and you do not need to play previous Suikodens to understand this game. I mean, it's better than just revising in the weekends! For Sharon, get Suikoden and Suikoden 2 for the PlayStation. Even if you can't game now you can keep it until the year-end holidays. My favorite Suikoden game is Suikoden 2.

11. Let's positive thinking - Catchphrase of Persona 2: Eternal Punishment's main character Maya Amano.

12. Battle Royale - Oh I love BR! BR starts as a novel by Koushun Takami on a government project where a class of students is sent to an island and they are forced to kill each other until one remains. It was later made into a manga, which bore a sequel (Battle Royale II: Blitz Royale) and also a live action film, which also bore a sequel (Battle Royale II: Requiem). Both sequels don't rock as hard as their prequels. I've watched the films, read the manga, now I'm hoping to chance upon the novel sometime soon. It's really awesome, and sadly you can't read it at OneManga. Go to this website instead. Beware, it may be deep, but there's nudity and gore. The gore is really cheap though. Ask Sharon. She saw Yutaka's head drilled through with bullets by Kiriyama. Not very scary actually. You just may at most be surprised since it's a manga. Well, tough luck, CuDePe. Manga isn't limited to stuff like Naruto. Talking about shonen battle manga, I'm addicted to Fairy Tail! It's pwntastic! And I like it that Katekyo Hitman Reborn finally realizes that it sucks as a comedy manga and is moving on to become a real battle manga.

13. Smile - A Japanese drama. You have to watch it. I mean, it's the first drama EVER which got me crying in the first five minutes of the FIRST EPISODE. And I cried two more times i nthe first episode. How good do you think it is? It is subbed and watchable for free.

14. Dramacrazy.net - A website that hosts countless asian dramas and movies (Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Taiwanese). Yes, you can watch Battle Royale and Battle Royale II: Requiem on that site. Don't worry, the films have hardly any gore.

15. Nobody Knows - The sad movie based on the affair of the four abandoned children of Sugamo. The movie is unappreciated and underrated ... here at least. I'm happy it got the awards it received. I don't like Shigeru, unlike Sharon who had finished the movie online. I think Susan finished it too. Damn, I wanna finish it myself. Awesome stuff.

16. Puyo Puyo/Puzzle Bobble - Play Bubble Town in Facebook and you get the idea of both games. They already exist in arcades years ago. You can't find them in Hock Lee. But why play a puzzle game at an arcade anyways?

We Close Our Eyes

As a tribute to my loyal regulars, I'm salvaging a miniscule amount of time to give a semi-update ... or, uh, more like a preview as to what I did during my vacation.

I went to the Taman Safari Indonesia. 2nd time there actually. Of course, the real post isn't this short. I just must inform you all, that when elephants pee, it's like a high pressure jet stream, and when they crap, the crap is golden brown and about 3/4 the size of my head. Aside from that, I also watched tons of movies while I'm here. Last night was 007: Quantum of Solace.

Run For Your Life

This post is more like a notice rather than an update. Okay, the main thing here is: I was in Kuching during the day to retrieve my new 8GB Kingston pendrive from Sharon which she purchased for only RM48 and also shop for games. I netted myself 6, but in the end I still fail to find Dokapon Kingdom (ENG). There is the JPN version in Crown Plaza but since the ENG version is supposed to be out for purchase already I don't see the point of playing the JPN one. Persona 4 was a wholly different case ... it was a long wait between July 10 and December 9, so duh, I'd play the JPN version first since I really can't wait anymore - Master LL and the others are already playing it before I bought it. FYI, Master LL is one of the most famous gamers on YouTube who upload their gameplay vids. Gotta love the lot for sharing - since some of the games are those I may never get to play anytime soon, e.g. Eternal Sonata or Tales Of Vesperia. Anyways, I have nearly nil time to blog! TAR's coming up in a few minutes even though I've already found out about the results - *SPOILERS* Terence & Sarah are finally out! *SPOILERS END*. And to compensate for no gaming during the day, I will be gaming tonight. And since the photo-uploading will consume a lot of time, I don't think I can make it. Well, for those lazy to read long posts, feel free to take my vacation in Jakarta as a breather since I'd most likely only be able to post short updates since I will use up most, if not all, of the daytime for shopping and having fun in theme parks et cetera. Oh yeah, I hate shopping for clothes, but I never really did specify, yes? Pants/Trousers/Jeans/Shoes are so irritating, but when it comes to shirts, it's easy. Today I got two new shirts, courtesy of Esprit ... well, I never thought I would be buying shirts, but my sister bugged my mother to go to The Spring ... so yeah, at least I ain't buying books this time. Actually I still have quite a lot of books from MPH which are yet to be finished. About the shirts, one is white, the other black with shades of pink (...) and gray. I prefer the former for its sketchy design (me likey!). I also saw a few of those really old farts at Mango. They either do cross-dressing as a hobby or have wives who follow their tastes. IMO women prefer to shop for clothes with other women instead of men. Hmm ... interesting. My mother said they are buying clothes for their mistresses. Possible. A strategist never ignores any possibility unless given evidence that it is impossible to occur. All my sister wanted was a meal at Sushi King really, though I pressed on going to Food & Tea since it's more economical and I am taking a break from Japanese food. Anyway it seems the menu has been updated again with new food. I tried the Egg-Mayo. It has a miniscule amount of roe on it, and I guess that's okay ... too much roe bugs me sometimes. It's quite tasty ... I think it will become another one of my faves. The croquette's been there since opening day, but this is the first time it's actually in stock, so obviously I ordered it. It's quite good, but if only there's ketchup, it would be better. Sadly there's only wasabi and soy sauce available. I tried the Oyako-don (IIRC) which was AWFUL. Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT even think about trying it. In case you will be going to Sushi King in the future, thank me for being your voluntary lab rat.

What games did I buy? Well ... um ... let's start with the three games I am greatly anticipating to try out:
Resident Evil 4
Monster Lab
Yakuza (yes, I actually played the sequel first)
I saw a bunch of sleazy boys looking at both of the Yakuza games at Crown Plaza. They were like, "What's so great about this? Got tattoo only nia." Oh my, that must be my first line of broken English in my blog. Anyway, I can't stand these lousy low-rate gamers who just diss a game without knowing anything. Okay, even if the game is bad, realistically
speaking, I doubt
those jerks would actually get themselves a tattoo as elaborate as Kazuma's (the box art shows his back's elaborate tattoo). Hmm. The other half of the games I bought are merely for multiplayer purposes:
Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity
Mortal Kombat: Deception
Need For Speed: Most Wanted
Oh my, Most Wanted is my first NFS game, and I rarely play racing games, so pitch in any tips if you can! I just hope my buddy will like it. I have nearly no interest in it ... but whatever, I'll give it a try. These days we've started on One Piece: Grand Adventure again ... thankfully our skills didn't deteriorate much. We played Tournament Mode 3 times ... with me being reigning champion. I still remember the finals!
1st Tourney: Mihawk (Me) VS Shanks (Him)
2nd Tourney: Kuina (Me) VS Usopp (CPU) (My friend's Chopper was beaten by this Usopp)
3rd Tourney: Ace (Me and I won't use the ENG dub's name for Ace) VS Zoro (Him and I won't use Zoro's ENG dub name either)
OP: GA is my favorite anime-based fighting game. It's just awesome. Wait, since when is anything not connected to One Piece ISN'T awesome? According to the recent Oricon charts on manga, the highest rated manga is One Piece, not Naruto. Naruto isn't even in the Top 10. That's reality. Naruto is rubbish. But at the same time, my beloved JJBA isn't on the list either! Well, at least it doesn't mean that it's worse than Naruto. Phew.

p. s. My flight has been altered from the 20th to the 21st!

Debate Magician

About 2 weeks ago, I burned yet another music CD. I put the songs in my thumbdrive and brought it too school. It got mixed responses! Tracks, in order:

[#1] Aretha Franklin - Mr Big Stuff
[#2] Black Kids - Listen To Your Body Tonight
[#3] Britney Spears - Piece Of Me
[#4] Cat Power - Willie
[#5] David Archuleta - Crush
[#6] DJ Tiesto - Insomnia
[#7] Jack Johnson - Better Together
[#8] Kate Nash - Pumpkin Soup
[#9] Katy Perry - Hot N Cold
[#10] Mariah Carey - Touch My Body
[#11] Rilo Kiley - Breakin' Up
[#12] Rilo Kiley - Bulletproof
[#13] Rilo Kiley - Dreamworld
[#14] Rilo Kiley - Silver Lining
[#15] Rilo Kiley - Under The Blacklight
[#16] Sara Bareilles - Love Song
[#17] The Ting Tings - Great DJ
[#18] The Ting Tings - Shut Up And Let Me Go
[#19] The Ting Tings - That's Not My Name

In my thumbdrive I have extra 3 songs to boot:

[#20] Estrella - Stay
[#21] Tommy February6 - Lonely In Gorgeous
[#22] Westlife - Flying Without Wings (obtained from Agnes during Computer Class)

I excluded #1 from the thumbdrive lot as it isn't very nice IMO after listening a few times. No one made comments about #2, they don't even bother to finish listening to it. I admit the starting was a bit cheesy, but the part when the song really shines is during the "Alright Hello?" part near the end. I like #3 ... I mean, who doesn't? #4 is really tough to sing along, so I tend to skip it. Not going to comment on #5, I think people are too crazy over it. It's okay at first, but is the fastest to lose its appeal. #6 is just cool. Jack and a few other boys like #7. Nadia likes #8. Phil is nuts with #9. Vincent sings along to #10 with me. My mother likes #13 and #17 best. Kyc and I love #14. #16 is the one I crave to sing the most, and the only one Agnes showed interest in. Nadia, Dawn, Brandon and I are Ting Tings fans, so we like #17, #18 and #19. Jessy and a boy (I think it was Michael) clearly showed their dislike for #19 though. Everyone likes #20 (or so I think). Michael and Sharon picked #21, which is Paradise Kiss' opening theme actually. #22 is nice listening to. Those not mentioned are not mentioned by anyone at all. Overall, I rate this CD 4/5. This paragraph is dedicated to music, so let me start on the movie Mamma Mia's soundtrack. I think the songs are lovely, even those sang by the men as they're unique in a way. Out of the guys, I think Dominic Cooper sings best, while Colin Firth's worst (according to critics Pierce Brosnan's worst, but I just happen to despise Firth's singing more). Stellan Skarsgard isn't bad, but Cooper just aced the guys. For the girls, Amanda Seyfried was quite high-pitched most of the time, but Meryl Streep was just flawless. The movie itself isn't bad, but sadly I didn't finish watching it. Ooh, we are moving onto movies! The last movie we watched at school was Freaky Friday, which gratefully was finished since we watched it for 3 periods instead of the usual 2. Only after listening to Simple Plan's Happy Together from the movie did I realize that Romancing Saga: Minstrel Song's main theme is based on the song's tune, just softened! I prefer RS: MS's version though, it's more enchanting and Simple Plan pitched in too many unnecessary strums.

Did you know? The whole day I've been planning to make this one update to contain photos. Pictures date back to Lions' Nursing Home food sale (or maybe older) till the last school day. Sadly, it's 11. Maybe tomorrow. Hopefully I start blogging early.

I am so obsessed with Namco X Capcom. JPN games pwn, 'nuff said.

p.s. If you are scared of teachers reading your blogs, I suggest using smaller font sizes as most of them needs to squint at their age. But be prepared to make your blog seem more lacking in content, though it isn't in reality.

Jenny, You're Barely Alive

Last night I initially intended to update, however since today is the last day of school for the year 2008, I needed to finish both Jocelyn's and Kyc's DVDs last night so that I can return them today. The DVDs are Money No Enough and Money No Enough II respectively. I ain't exactly sure which one's better. There was an obscenely happy moment for me (learned to apply 'obscenely' on 'happy' from Dawn) in the latter movie though. It was when Stella, the bitchy bitch, flew out of a car and slammed into the asphalt. That was like, the most effin' awesome thing to happen in the entire movie! I was so sick of her, I wished I was in the set so I could've just slapped her or something. I tried to cry, but oops, I failed to do so for both movies. Not bad, I'd rate both 3.5/5. I want to watch High School Musical 3: Senior Year and Quantum of Solace. If possible, I would like to watch the Thai flick, The Coffin as well but I think it would no longer be in the local cinemas, since it's quite old now. I also wish I can watch The Amazing Race 13 while in Jakarta later in the holidays since I'll be there for like, 2 weeks and I'm not even sure if TAR is broadcasted in Indonesian channels. Anyways, I hope karma will take its toll on Nick & Starr soon enough ... but from the looks of the current situation it seems that getting into the Final 3 is nothing for them. My prediction is that the Final 3 will consist of Ken & Tina, Toni & Dallas and Nick & Starr. Hopefully Terence &
Sarah loses to the Greene team (K&T). Dandrew is hopeless to be in the last two episodes IMO. And even if they DO get into the Final 3, I doubt they would've won.

So, uh, the school year for 2008 finally ended? Whee - hopefully next year will be faster ... wait, it WILL be, since IIRC it's only till September, right? Man, I seriously can't wait for 10th grade! But if my BM teacher isn't him then I guess things will be as normal as usual. Aside from the new classmates, that is. I seriously wish that I don't get into the same class with Mr Genius ... he'll just overshadow everyone else effortlessly. Hmm, do teachers only prefer the smartest people?
I'm not very sure about this but it seems like the mode. Will teachers not alienate you if you are dumb but have a nice personality? Hopefully. As I said, I ain't too sure, because in the eyes of the average adult these days, academics is the only factor to scale a teen. Anyways, the holidays finally arrived. This is my schedule:
Early morning - Morning jog
Afternoon - Gaming
Evening - Badminton
Night - Blogging and writing my book
Rules for myself:
- Sleep at 11
- No eating between meals
- Absolutely no junk food
- No bread, Kyc said bread contains the most carbs
- The jog must be circling the housing district (2 km) 8 times at the very least.
- Indoor badminton only when it's raining
Yes, I've prepared a special program for myself - the SNANTI program. Hopefully I can obey my own rules. I think the schedule will be broken when I go to Kuching or Jakarta though.

This year has been very fun. Minus the part when Phil beat me. And also the majority of swimming classes I've had. I like 2A. We aren't as united as 2C (I know there's plenty of hate-hate going on in my class silently). We aren't as elite as 2D
(though I think of ourselves as elite). We aren't as ... 2B-ish as 2B. I think I've grown a lot. Yes, a lot. This is also the year when I started idolizing Mr Willie. I must give the credits to my father though, he abandoned my family during the period of April till August. Thanks, father! This is the first time I've ever thanked you, so you better appreciate it. This year, I've uncovered much more social links,
like Kevin, Narancia, William, Eugene, Jordan (see, mum, I have male friends too). I think they're a fun lot. I've even rekindled with past enemies. And a lot more stuff! I won't be attending the Farewell Party this Sunday though. I like covering as many events that I can have access too, but preferrably not parties. I don't do well with parties as most of the time I just sit like a rock in one corner and not know the strangers in the crowd. It's not like my entire class is going either. I heard that most of the party-goers are 2Dians, so I better not go. I'll leave the party for other more active and sociable bloggers to handle. However, I will hereby say my farewells to Seba. Wait, I still see him in January.
Okay, I guess he will be staying with us longer than the others who are leaving. Not like I know whoever else's moving. 'kay, actually I do. But I don't really care.

Damn, I got a blister from swimming (diving, to be specific).

Dead Finger Talks

I think I am blogging at school for the first time ever? Actually that's the only sentence I typed while in school. Then after that I just played Hangaroo co-op with Chilli and Vincent. The highest score we had was 4 wins in a row. Yeah, it was pretty tough. Phil helped out occasionally, while Mike shot us a stupid answer. On purpose or not, I don't care. So long as he had acted like Ranjeet from Mind You Language, I got mad I guess. How could he have not understood the gist of the question!? I was asking for Brunei's CAPITAL CITY, and he answered "Brunei Darulsalam". ○| ̄|_ ... ORZZZZZ!

I will be moving on to the second half of our field trip! Many exciting things happened! Dawn saw Victoria Beckham! I prefer Melanie Brown! I don't really like David Beckham! The speech man has a disturbing protrusion on his arm! Is Dawn a dumbass!? My iPhone's camera isn't very helpful with long-range shots! Daryl finally flapped his wings and flew! The cage nettings are so irritating
when snapping the beasties! There's a dead spider in the vending machine!? Nadia took away my coins!? I forgot to take a picture at the fountain-like structure near the entrance!? But I took one already eons ago! My red bean bun was squashed! Agnes enterred a dirty toilet! Chilli was angry I didn't take a photo of him!
Jocelyn likes posing Ah Lian-style!? Mike got stuck between a pillar and a stone seating!? OhmaigawdNOES! Is the trip heralding the world's end!? We are going to find out!

First off, I sat through a long journey from Borneo Springs while listening to 2C's people exchanging words. I guess they're a fun lot, compared to
2D which (IMHO) is comprised of mainly cold and steely people. Well, I did say that it's in my honest opinion. To me. And yeah, I do know a bunch of warm 2D people. But quite a lot of them treat me like an alien. So yeah, I'm not particularly fond of them. 2B and 2C are okay, mainly because I at least know a small number of people in the two respective classes. According to my dear class monitor, the teachers see 2D as the most well-behaved class. I don't think the cold and steely 2D people are reading my blog since I am too low-classed for their tastes, so I'll just type on. I can't say I exactly agree with the teachers. And I bet Ms Lim doesn't too. IIRC, no one in our class got called down into Mr Ling's office before. We also don't have any delinquents or even ex-delinquents. I mean, seriously, I ain't the only person agreeing on this matter. But I guess we just don't really stand out and we lack geniuses who can win so many contests and competitions that even I lost count. I feel pressured for no reason just being around the royalties of 2D. Well, I never really liked the popular people. I prefer socializing with the common folk.
*looks right* *looks left* Genius, I detest your stupid stare. I love Radiata Stories' Genius Weissheit and Tales of Symphonia's Genis, but not you, freaky bastard. I am so fed up with your I'm-so-fabulous-&-you're-not stare. I think we will be enemies if you go on like the way you are now.

So, let's resume with the main thing we have here, shall we? Anyways, our second (and last) destination was Matang Wildlife Center. It was my second time there and the experience jogged my memory of my first visit quite well. I tricked Dawn into believing that Victoria Beckham was there. She got pissed, the poor thing. So we started off with a long-winded briefing from one of the staff members. I felt irritated as Cammy didn't correct
his many flaws in English when he commits his supa-dupa strict and unreasonable corrections on us, poor innocent adolescents. I also pointed out a disturbing growth on the guy's forearm to Dawn and Seba ... which disgusted Seba till the point that he just has to take a picture of it. After the briefing (tell me if it was brief), we need to forsake our belongings at the mini-museum before heading off into the wild but I took my bottle and phone with me
nevertheless. Turned out I didn't drink at all. But whatever. Anyways, the trail was very insecure with one-sided railings and slippery footing. Coupled with my acrophobia, the intense humidity and constant warnings of potential leech assaults, yeah, it was a heck of a walk. I didn't even bother to stop to take nature pics. Me wearing shorts was quite a good thing as it would've been stuffy with trousers, or jeans (especially the latter). Maximum body ventilation is essential in damp rainforests. We saw quite a few animals, but for most parts of the trail we were focusing
more on not slipping rather than observing the mediocre number of fauna showcased. The only animal that we can see with ease without having to squint through the cages' cross-nettings was Doris, the orangutan as it was in an open-air confinement and we got a bird's-eye view of it. It was huge, and its visage was horribly grotesque. Next Phil and I had an exchange of name-calling to make sure the other incurs more of nature's grudge. Also, I saw the animal which I (randomly) did a research on for Science earlier this year - the leopard cat! Aww, it was a cute thing. Next to it was a dormant python, which was dull since I wanted to see it active. Daryl didn't actually fly (what did you expect?). He's no Harvey Birdman. He's a BimboLover who basically fell down the makeshift staircase in the jungle trail. After that Seba played cameraman for 2A group jumps. Fun, I guess, but I doubt he snapped my whole body since I was at the back.
Later we got back to the museum and everyone was trying to get their hands on a canned drink from the sole vending machine. I got a Grass Jelly drink. It had a dead spider on it. Anyways, I just nonchalantly washed it off and headed into the museum expecting a blast of air-conditioning. It wasn't exactly a blast, but sufficient I suppose. My sole comment: Years have passed yet nothing new? After that we just headed back even though our trip was estimated to last till 1 p.m., and only when I passed the fountain thingy then I remembered to take a picture there. Oh well, I doubt anyone else got the chance to do so anyway. After that, we took roughly 1 full hour to reach school. Home sweet home!

School was practically quiet and empty when we got back. I headed to class instead of the canteen to eat and I practiced throwing an empty plastic bottle at the clock which resulted in its destruction after being thrown at twice. Hey, it's not my fault. The thing itself has too low an endurance! Actually, yeah, it's my fault. The class was empty, so yeah, I went into another chain of deep thoughts and then headed downstairs to confirm something. After some investigation, turned out my idol really hasn't been coming to work these few days. Whoa, what a doting husband/father. I wonder if other (female) teachers' husbands go on leave with them too during their maternity leave period? It's rare I guess. I took a test on what is my conception of a perfect wife later. The result was "A perfect wife is someone who doesn't need anyone to make her happy, but needs you to make her feel complete." I guess I answered honestly? Taking up on Ms Siti's indirect advice, I guess I'll be hunting down books for charisma and fitness-building. IMO, to have your spouse's utmost confidence, charisma is quintessential. I don't want to retain the cowardly-character and be my wife's burden, truthfully speaking. Fine, I guess I'll just jump into water next time my instructor asks me to. If I can overcome that, I guess I can see myself as taking another step up the bravery chart? I prefer to be my future family's guardian instead of my future wife,
thank you very much. A real man has to have honor. And my idol does. So since I am setting him as a goal, I need to be able to achieve that level of charisma as Ms Siti said he does. I don't think I'll get the tattoos though Seba. That's just a tad bit too much. The coming holidays is the optimum period to stack up on both said aspects. GanbatteWiru-kun! So, later we went to the Lecture Theater for movie-viewing (Amazing Grace). But then the Form 1s just have to barge in, and then waste my time (I
don't think the rest of my classmates care, since they've never really delved into the matter of death so I guess time is nothing for them, yet) watching the first 10 minutes of the movie. Okay. So it's just 10 minutes. Right, calm down, take a deep breath, relax. We are watching Get Smart! Yay! It's so fantastic! I nearly died watching that annoyingly lame flick! It tried to be funny but turned out to be an epic fail. The plot was immensely cliched I really wanted to just sleep through the last two periods. And once again, we did not finish watching. This morning too. We were watching Nobody Knows (JPN) with 2C. All of a sudden the lights just turned on and my classmates were already fluttering out. I can't take this anymore. Hey, I'm just so sick of teens' impatience and their mere craving for action filled flicks with all the boom and the kabam and the krakaboom and the blast and the sex scenes and pregnancy of music. They don't even try to watch the movie and yet they try to comment on the movie by saying it's lame, boring, dull, plotwise-lacking when they don't know nothing. So, just because of your selfish personal tastes I am supposed to waste my time watching movies halfway-through!? I feel like beating the crap out of everyone. Amazing Grace is better than Get Smart. Even Johnny knows that. A tearfest is better than a failed clown. Hola, teens, Nobody Knows is an award-winning movie based on a true story. The kids got abandoned by their mother, the youngest died, the rest were malnutritioned. The real story is far worse. The eldest brought two friends back. One of them beat the youngest to death. In the movie, the youngest (I think it was Yuki or Shigeru) died of an accidental fall. Great, made me waste more time to download the movie and read through the real incident. Teens are impatient. Inconsiderate. Insensitive. Selfish. All four of these remarks exclude those who also thought they were better off not watching at all if the movie's going to be stopped halfway-through. If you think a movie has no plot, then you have NIL experience with movies because there is no movie without plot. As one given drama education before, I will just say that every drama/movie has Plot, Setting and Characters. It's all so basic I went orz. Wait till the movie picks up will you? For once we're actually not watching a
comedy/horror/action movie! I was so glad we got to watch a slice of life flick instead. And yet people
thought their rich posh lives were much more interesting than poor kids who have to defend themselves.
Wait for the movie to effin' pick up, pros. No one forced you all to watch. Just leave the scene in the first place. FYI, yeah it really got on my nerves by a lot, seriously.
